Terms of Service

By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using Survival Games ("the Game"), you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

1. License

JRock Studio grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may install the Game on devices you own. This license does not grant ownership of the Game or any of its content.

2. No Refunds

All purchases are final. Due to the digital nature of the Game, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Dissatisfaction with the Game or its features
• Inability to run the Game on your hardware or operating system
• Changes or updates to the Game
• Accidental or duplicate purchases

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

3. Game Updates and Availability

JRock Studio may update, modify, or discontinue the Game (or any part of it) at any time without prior notice. We are not obligated to provide updates, support, or continued availability.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game
• Redistribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the Game or your license key
• Share your license key with others
• Use the Game for any unlawful purpose
• Upload malicious, offensive, or infringing content to Community Maps or any other shared feature
• Attempt to exploit, hack, or interfere with the Game's systems or servers

5. Community Maps

Users may upload and share custom maps. You retain ownership of maps you create. By uploading, you grant JRock Studio a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host and distribute your map through the Game. We reserve the right to remove any content at our sole discretion without notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All code, assets, graphics, audio, and other content in the Game are the property of JRock Studio or its licensors and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. The Game includes third-party assets used under their respective licenses (e.g., LPC sprites under CC-BY-SA).

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. JRock Studio does not warrant that the Game will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JRock Studio and its owner(s) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Game, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damage to your device. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Game.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JRock Studio and its owner(s) from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Game or violation of these terms.

10. Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to purchase or use the Game. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your license at any time if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the Game and delete all copies.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
